The first step in renting the workshop at Heart to Home is to express your interest and inquire about its availability. This can be done by email at Workshops@hearttohomemarket.com. Provide your name, contact information, and a brief introduction explaining your purpose for renting the craft room. This will allow us to assess if your needs align with the intended use of the space.

Once your initial inquiry has been received, we can schedule a suitable time for you to visit and evaluate the workshop room. During this viewing, you will have the opportunity to inspect the space and assess whether it meets your requirements. Depending on setup, the room can hold up to 15 people. It is essential to ask any questions you may have regarding the craft room's facilities, accessibility, and any specific regulations or guidelines that must be followed.

After the viewing, if you decide to proceed with renting the workshop, we will review and sign the rental agreement. This agreement will outline the terms and conditions of the rental, including the rental period, rent amount, security deposit, and any additional fees or responsibilities.

To secure the workshop rental, a security deposit will be required. The amount will be equal to ½ of the rooms rental total cost and will refundable upon the satisfactory return of the space, free from any damages or violations of the agreement.

Once the rental agreement is finalized and all necessary payments have been made, you are free to utilize the workshop according to the agreed-upon terms. Take advantage of the amenities provided, such as tv monitor, work surfaces, and equipment, while respecting the workshop room's limitations and any restrictions outlined in the agreement.
