Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of the Heart to Home Family! We are thrilled to offer local businesses, like yours, the opportunity to showcase and sell your products in our vibrant indoor market space. At Heart to Home, we are dedicated to offering a unique storefront that houses local artists to show and sell their products.

We have a 12,000 square foot brick and mortar store conveniently located in Centennial just off Holly Street and County Line Road. We are in the same parking lot as Los Dos Portillos. Our customers come from all over the Denver Metro Area, including Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Littleton, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills, Parker and beyond to shop the unique products and artists we support.

Before you apply:

Take the time to familiarize yourself with our market. Visit us in person or explore our website to understand the type of products and vendors we currently have. This will help you determine if your business is a good fit for our store.

We are not a craft store. We are looking for artists who are business owners. We are looking for those who know how to showcase their merchandise and offer a variety of products.

Your business must be licensed in the state of Colorado, and you must have a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN). You will need this EIN number BEFORE submitting your application.

Understand that we are Picky! We carefully chose the artisans that we accept in our store to meet the needs of our shoppers. Just because we have an opening, doesn’t mean your business is the right fit at that particular time.

Next Steps:

Prepare to submit your application: Once you have determined that your business aligns with our market, gather all the necessary information for your application. This will include your business name, EIN #, contact information, a description of your products and photos of your products.

By submitting your application, you agree to join our artist waitlist and understand that if we feel you are a fit for our store, someone from our store will contact you directly.

What next?:

After submitting your application, we will file it for review. If we determine we would like to move forward with your application, at any time, we will contact you with the next steps to set up an appointment.

During the face-to-face appointment time, we will discuss space(s) available for rent, pricing, and the contract terms and conditions. We will not share these details anytime prior to the appointment time.

We will select artists based on availability within our store for the appropriate products.

At Heart to Home, we work hard to make sure all our products meet the demands of our local community and our customers. Please note that due to limited space and a desire to maintain a diverse range of products, not all applications may be accepted. We are currently on a waitlist for many product categories, however, we encourage all local businesses to apply, as we are always on the lookout for unique and high-quality artists to enhance the market experience for our customers.
